Misawa Trading Co., Ltd., headquartered in Osaka, Japan is a trading firm specialized in dealing steel and metal products having its offices 6 in Japan, and 1 in Indonesia and an annual sales amount of 35,000 million yens. The company dealing a wide range of steel and metal products such as high carbon steel wires, value-added steel bar, sheet and tubular products for the automotive, industrial machinery, construction and civil engineering, and materials for electronics appliances etc.
In the early times of establishing corporation, Misawa has been imported steel products from United States Steel Corporation and Bethlehem Steel Corporation in United States directly, and supplied raw materials to domestic steel companies as an agent of Tamangan mine in Malaysia etc.
In August 1934, Misawa was re-established as a trading firm, having its shares from Sumitomo Electric Industries, Ltd., Sumitomo Metal Industries, Ltd. and Sumitomo Corporation.
